Board of Directors

The purpose of the Board of Directors is to advise, govern, oversee policy and direction, and assist with the leadership and general promotion of CDH Australia so as to support the organisation’s mission and needs. President

The President is responsible for overseeing all CDH Australia’s activities including preparing and running Board of Directors meetings, managing the website and other online groups and liaising with CDH families as needed.

Vice President

The Vice President is responsible for assisting the President in overseeing all CDH Australia’s activities including preparing and running Board of Directors meetings, managing the website and other online groups and liaising with CDH families as needed.

Secretary
Tabatha Barrett secretary@cdh.org.au

The Secretary is responsible for maintaining the database of members and taking minutes for Board meetings. This includes keeping the Register of Members up to date and sending updates to the Registered Office as well as to the President.

Treasurer
Kathryn Murphy treasurer@cdh.org.au

The Treasurer is responsible for overseeing the financial administration of the organisation, including the development and review of procedures and financial reporting, bank account maintenance, financial transaction oversight, development and review of budgets and financial policies.

Family Liaison Coordinator
Sharon Knott familyliaison@cdh.org.au

The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the care and co-ordination of all CDH Australia volunteers. They are also required to help co-ordinate the organisation of CDH Australia Annual Forum each year.
