Every year, CDH families from around Australia come together for the CAAF, the aim of which is to engage families and medical professionals to share knowledge and provide families with access to peer support and social networks. Each year the CAAF rotates between Australian capital cities and offers information on various issues that are important to CDH families, usually including talks by medical professionals and counselling workshops.
