Courtney Vodopic

CDH Australia President Courtney Vodopik

Courtney is mother to CDHer Lucy, who was born in Geelong with undiagnosed right-sided CDH. Lucy was treated at Melbourne’s Royal Children’s Hospital by the Head of Neonatal Intensive Care, Dr Leah Hickey and surgeon Mr Michael Nightingale, and was successfully discharged from hospital.

A manager within the public service, Courtney has been a member of the CDH Australia Board since 2015. During her time with us, Courtney has led a review of our Support Services program, refocussed our community events, and has headed up local fundraising activities.

Outside of the CDHA community, Courtney has also sat on the Board of Directors for a local early learning co-operative, and volunteers at her children’s school and kinder.

As a busy mum of three, Courtney and her husband Denis are involved in their local school community and like nothing better than getting out on weekends to explore as a family.
