CDH information

Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) is a life-threatening condition that means a baby’s diaphragm does not form properly during pregnancy. CDH primarily affects lung growth and function, but can have other affects too.

Each week, two families in Australia receive a CDH diagnosis for their baby. This condition has no known cause or cure.
